Supporting our Veterans
Bringing Services Into the Community
Geography shouldn’t be a barrier to getting help.
Pesach will fight to bring permanent, in-district veteran services to the 23rd Assembly District, including regular in-person clinics and mobile outreach directly into neighborhoods.

He will work to:
Partner with accredited Veteran Service Officers (VSOs) to provide hands-on support
Offer assistance with claims filing, appeals, and documentation
Help veterans access healthcare, housing, and other benefits
Real help should be local, accessible, and easy to navigate.
Cutting Through the Red Tape
Too many veterans are stuck dealing with complicated systems and long delays.
Pesach will:
Advocate for better coordination between state, federal, and local agencies
Support faster processing of claims and appeals
Ensure veterans have clear guidance and support every step of the way
No veteran should feel like they’re on their own trying to figure it out.
Expanding Access & Awareness
Some veterans don’t even realize what they qualify for.
Pesach will work to:
Expand outreach so veterans know what benefits are available
Support community-based partnerships to reach underserved veterans
Make services more accessible for those facing transportation or technology barriers
