• Push to lower out-of-pocket costs, including premiums and co-pays

• Support efforts to bring down prescription drug prices

• Strengthen oversight of insurance providers to prevent excessive increases

Helping Seniors Stay in Their Homes

For many seniors, staying in their home is everything.

Pesach will:

• Expand and protect property tax relief programs like STAR and senior exemptions

• Advocate for additional relief for long-time homeowners facing rising costs

• Support programs that help seniors age in place safely

Protecting Seniors from Fraud & Abuse

Scams and financial abuse are a growing threat.

Pesach will:

• Strengthen protections against deed theft, title fraud, and financial scams

• Support better enforcement and faster response for victims

• Increase public awareness and prevention efforts
