A Bridge Builder Who Gets Results for State Assembly District 23

Why I'm Running

w/senior
I’m running for State Assembly because our corner of Queens deserves better. Families in the Rockaways, Broad Channel, Howard Beach, Hamilton Beach, Lindenwood, and Ozone Park are being squeezed by rising costs, long commutes, unreliable infrastructure, and a growing feeling that our communities are too often forgotten.
I’ve spent my career helping people when government was needed most. After Hurricane Sandy, I worked with former Assemblyman Phil Goldfeder to help deliver resources to families rebuilding their lives. I helped launch the first CERT team in South Queens, worked for the New York City Comptroller, and during COVID helped connect communities with critical resources.
As a father of six raising my family here, I think about the same questions every family does. Can we afford to stay? Can we get where we need to go? Do we feel safe in our own neighborhoods? I believe we need to support law enforcement, hold repeat offenders accountable, strengthen our retail theft laws, and make sure families and small businesses are not left paying the price for weak laws.
I’m running because I know how to get government working for people, and because South Queens needs someone who will stand up to anyone who puts our neighborhoods last. On public safety, affordability, transportation, and getting our fair share, I’ll always put our corner of Queens first.
